Student Financial Assistance; revises eligibility period for Fla. Bright Futures Scholarship Program; redesignates Fla. Merit Scholarship as Fla. Medallion Scholarship; provides conditions for awards to students in programs that confer postbaccalaureate degrees; designates award level for Fla. Academic Scholarship; provides certain limitations on eligibility for various state student grant programs, etc. Amends Ch. 240.
