State Universities/Trustees; prescribes applicability of provisions re comparative fault to boards of trustees; provides venue in actions brought against said boards; provides applicability of provisions re waiver of sovereign immunity to such boards; provides inapplicability of provisions re insurance adjusters to employees & agents of board of trustees; provides for construction of laws enacted at 2002 Regular Session in re this act. Amends 766.112, 768.28, 626.852.
