CS/HB 1045: Involuntary Commitment/Baker Act
GENERAL BILL by Patterson
Involuntary Commitment/Baker Act; provides that patient admitted for involuntary examination to hospital may not be released without approval of emergency department physician & completion of involuntary examination. Amends 394.463.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
