Governmental Reorganization; transfers school readiness services system within Agency for Workforce Innovation to Executive Office of Governor; transfers responsibilities for regulating & licensing child care facilities from CSF Dept. to DBPR; requires standards & curriculum for promoting reading readiness; requires program of literacy assistance for parents of preschool children; authorizes DOE to modify certain child care courses, etc. Amends Ch. 402, 411.01,.0105.
