Public Health; authorizes electronically submitted applications for certification or recertification as emergency medical technician or paramedic; revises requirements for insignia identifying such person; requires screening of applicants through FDLE; amends provision re emergency medical services training programs; requires that students be notified of certain regulatory & screening requirements, etc. Amends 401.27,.2701.
