GENERAL BILL by Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Littlefield
Early Voting; requires supervisors of elections to allow electors to vote early; provides requirements for location & number of early voting facilities; specifies period & hours of operation; requires Dept. of State to adopt rules; provides penalty for failure to provide for early voting; provides for voter to cast in-person absentee ballot as formerly provided under certain provisions, to conform; conforms cross reference. Amends 101.657,.62; creates 101.659.
