Sarasota-Manatee Airport Authority; (Manatee & Sarasota Counties) provides for codification of special laws re special districts pursuant to provisions re Sarasota-Manatee Airport, a special district in Manatee & Sarasota Counties; codifies, amends, & reenacts specified provisions; omits provisions that have had their effect & other obsolete provisions & redundant provisions; provides saving clause in event any provision of act is deemed invalid, etc.
