GENERAL BILL by Kallinger ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Zapata

Beverage Law; provides procedures for issuance of license that becomes available because of revocation; revises requirements for issuance of temporary permit to certain civic organizations; requires presentation of building & zoning permit; revises procedures for enforcement of lien against certain revoked or suspended licenses; prohibits service of alcoholic beverages to any minor employed by licensed vendor, etc. Amends Ch. 561, 562.11.
