CS/HB 1401: Blood Establishments
GENERAL BILL by Adams ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Homan ; Rivera ; Sansom ; Wishner
Blood Establishments; defines term "blood establishment"; requires that blood establishment be operated in compliance with federal regulations for blood establishments in order to operate in state; authorizes AHCA or any state attorney to bring action for injunction to cease operations or enjoin future operations of any blood establishment that is operating in manner not consistent with such federal regulations, etc. Creates 483.911.
