Teacher Salary Incentive Program; creates said program to provide funding for improved salaries for instructional personnel; provides eligibility for salary increases; authorizes school districts to establish additional criteria; requires DOE to provide technical assistance to school districts; authorizes department to adopt rules to administer program. APPROPRIATION: $192,150,200.
