CS/SB 154: Health Care/Providers' Rights

GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Campbell

Health Care/Providers' Rights; creates Health Care Providers' Bill of Rights; prohibits contract between managed care plan & health care provider from containing provisions allowing managed care plan to change material term of contract; requires that said plan notify provider within specified period of its intent to change material term; prohibits additional provisions in contract which require provider to accept additional patients or comply with certain programs, etc.
