GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn
Child Care Homes & Facilities; authorizes CFS Dept. or local licensing agency to deny, suspend, or revoke license of child care facility, licensed family day care home, or large family child care home & to deny, suspend, or revoke registration of family day care home following violation of certain laws or rules; abolishes authority of CFS Dept. or local licensing agency to impose administrative fine for family day care homes, etc. Amends 402.310,.313,.3131.
