The LifeSaver Rx Program; creates "The LifeSaver Rx Program"; provides that Secretary of AHCA shall operate said program as state pharmaceutical assistance program to provide discounts to participants for prescription drugs covered by rebate agreement; provides that secretary shall negotiate discount prices or rebates for said drugs from manufacturers or labelers; provides for calculation of payment by program participants & AHCA, etc. Creates 409.960-.982. APPROPRIATION.
