GENERAL BILL by Rivera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Llorente ; Planas ; Robaina ; Rubio ; Sobel ; Zapata

Governmental Reorganization; revises various statutory provisions re Cabinet & members of Cabinet, which provisions were affected by amendment of Article IV, Section 4 of State Constitution; provides that, in tie vote of Governor & Cabinet, the side on which Governor voted will be considered prevailing side in absence of contrary statutory intent; provides for selection of members of Fla. Commission on the Status of Women, etc. Amends FS.
