Construction Services; provides conditions, limitations, & exceptions for construction contracts that limit indemnification; cites act as "Local Government Prompt Payment Act"; redefines terms used in certain provisions; revises provisions re timely payment for purchases of construction services; revises deadlines for payment of subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, materialmen, & suppliers on construction contracts for public projects, etc. Amends Chs. 725, 218, 255.
