CS/CS/SB 1788: Student Athletes
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Education ; Hill
Student Athletes; prohibits giving or offering of inducements to certain student athletes for purpose of encouraging such athlete to attend or not attend certain academic institutions, to become professional athlete, or to endorse products or commercial establishments; provides exceptions; provides penalties. Creates 877.135.
