GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Campbell
Health Insurance; requires certain licensed facilities to make certain info public electronically; revises definition of term "health flex plan"; provides for reinsurance under workers' comp insurance policy; specifies nonapplication of certain health maintenance contract filing requirements to certain group health insurance policies, with exceptions; requires that specific reasons for denial of coverage be provided, etc. Amends Chs. 395, 408, 624, 627, 641.
