SB 1806: Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Sexual Offenders; prohibits certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision from living within specified distance of certain places where children congregate; prohibits persons convicted of certain sex crimes from residing within 1,000 feet of school, day care center, park, or playground; requires district school boards to notify DOC re school bus stop locations, etc. Amends 947.1405, 1006.22; creates 794.065.
