GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Law Enforcement Officer Training; requires trainees attending approved basic recruit training programs to reimburse employing agency for tuition, other course expenses, wages, & benefits paid by agency if employee terminates his or her employment or appointment within specified time period after graduation; authorizes employing agency to institute civil action under certain circumstances; authorizes employing agency to waive reimbursement, etc. Amends 943.16.
