SB 2012: Home-invasion Robbery
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Home-invasion Robbery; provides additional offense classifications & revises penalties for home-invasion robbery; provides that it is life felony to commit said robbery in course of which firearm or other deadly weapon is carried; provides that it is first-degree felony punishable by term of imprisonment not exceeding life imprisonment to commit said robbery in course of which weapon is carried, etc. Amends 812.135, 921.0022; reenacts 943.325(1).
