Funeral & Cemetery Services; establishes Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services Div. & Board of Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services within Financial Services Dept; creates Board of Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services; revises requirements to be funeral establishment; revises cremation requirements for cinerator facilities re simultaneous cremations, body parts, cremation containers, & cremation chamber, provides for optional recordation of burial rights, etc. Amends FS.
