GENERAL BILL by Clary
Physician Assistants; revises continuing medical education requirements re prescribing of controlled substances by physician assistants; deletes prohibitions against prescribing of controlled substances by physician assistants; revises definition of term "practitioner" for purposes of Florida Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention & Control Act to include physician assistant. Amends 458.347, 459.022, 893.02.
