Credit Reports & Credit Scores; specifies that act's purpose is to regulate & limit use of credit reports & credit scores by insurers for underwriting & rating purposes; specifies types of insurance to which act applies; requires that insurer identify items in credit report which resulted in adverse decision; requires insurer to provide for adjustment in premium of insured to reflect improvement in credit history, etc. Creates 626.9741.
