GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Transportation ; Sebesta
Public Transit; defines new terms for purposes of Florida Public Transit Act; includes intercity bus service as part of transit responsibilities of DOT; authorizes dept. to receive federal & state funding for intercity bus service; includes intercity bus lines within state's intermodal freight network; provides that intercity bus service is one projects eligible for funding under Intermodal Development Program, etc. Amends 341.031,.041,.051,.053, 339.135.
