Women's Health & Safety Act; creates said act; revises requirements for rules of AHCA re abortion clinics in which abortions are performed after first trimester of pregnancy; requires abortion clinics to develop policies to protect health, care, & treatment of patients; provides for severability. Amends 390.012.
