Cigarette Stamps/Interstate Commerce; requires wholesale dealer or distributing agent who transports or causes to be transported from this state cigarettes for sale in another state to affix to cigarettes stamps required by other state or to pay certain excise taxes; requires report to Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Division of DBPR; provides for rulemaking. Amends 210.06.
