Cargo Theft/Criminal Punishment Code; reclassifies offenses of cargo theft of first degree & cargo theft of second degree under offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code to increase penalties imposed for any such offense. Reenacts 812.014(1) & (2); amends 921.0022.
