Motor Vehicles/Unsafe Condition; revises procedures for disposition of citation for operation of motor vehicle in unsafe condition or without required equipment; provides for enforcement officer of Fla. Highway Patrol to verify correction & execute affidavit-of-compliance form; authorizes HSMV to designate areas within current facilities for inspection & collection of fee under specified procedures. Amends 316.6105.
