GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Culpable Negligence/DUI; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor for person to commit culpable negligence by driving vehicle under influence of alcohol or drugs while accompanied in vehicle by person younger than specified age. Amends 784.05.
