SB 2692: Unpaid Support/Insurance Payments
GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Unpaid Support/Insurance Payments; requires DOR to furnish to insurance companies periodically list of persons with unpaid support obligations; provides for insurers to determine from such list support obligations of persons who have filed claims of certain size; creates lien in favor of DOR in certain circumstances & provides for withholding of insurance payments to persons having unpaid obligations; provides liability of insurer for failure to comply with this act, etc.
