Fraud Prevention Unit; creates said unit within Attorney General's Office to improve & coordinate state's response to fraud & related crimes; requires said unit to establish Statewide Complaint Receipt & Referral Center to collect, refer, & analyze information concerning fraud; authorizes Attorney General to use volunteers; requires Fraud Prevention Unit to coordinate its investigations with other law enforcement agencies & victim assistance programs, etc.
