CS/SB 350: Law Enf. Agencies/Fees Collected
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Crist
Law Enf. Agencies/Fees Collected; increases court cost imposed upon conviction for DUI or boating under influence; increases amount of such court cost to be deposited for use by FDLE; provides for that amount to be deposited into Operating Trust Fund of FDLE; establishes schedule of fees to be collected by FDLE for producing criminal history information; authorizes executive director of FDLE to reduce such fees for good cause. Amends 938.07, 943.053.
