Financial Services; revises provisions re mortgage brokerage & mortgage lending; provides requirements for changes in certain ownerships or controlling interests; clarifies types of financial institutions eligible for exemptions from application of certain provisions; provides for electronic filing of certain license renewal forms; provides limitations on sales of credit life insurance, etc. Amends Ch. 494, 516.12, 517.12, 520.997, 537.009, 627.679.
