Insurance; repeals provision re arbitration procedures in case of rate filing with DOI; removes provision authorizing arbitration of rate filing re windstorm insurance risk apportionment; amends provision re Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology to clarify membership of commission. Repeals 627.062(6); amends 627.351,.0628.
