SB 64: Video Lotteries

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Video Lotteries; provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; prohibits certain persons from playing said games; excludes video lottery terminals from definition of "coin-operated amusement machine" for purposes of sales & use tax; requires Alcohol, Drug Abuse, & Mental Health Program Office within CFS Dept. to establish compulsive gambling program, etc. Amends 24.103,.105, 212.02; creates 24.125-.134.
