GENERAL BILL by Barreiro ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Attkisson ; Bullard ; Davis ; Gottlieb

Mining Activities/Explosives; redefines term "construction materials mining activities"; provides that Administrative Hearings Div. has exclusive jurisdiction over certain claims for damages re use of explosives in connection with construction materials mining activities; requires person who uses explosives in connection with such activities to post security in specified amount for specified period, etc. Amends 552.30; creates 552.32-.44.
