Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; revises various provisions of said act for purpose of implementing s. 20, Art. X of State Constitution; prohibits smoking in enclosed indoor workplace; provides for designated customs smoking rooms in airport in-transit lounges; provides for enforcement of said act by Health Dept., Hotels & Restaurants Div. & Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR; provides for designation of stand-alone bars by Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div., etc. Amends FS.
