CS/SB 1212: School Buses/Tax Levy
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Lynn
School Buses/Tax Levy; continues indefinitely a provision, previously applicable only in 2003-2004 fiscal year, which allows specified tax levy to be used to offset cost of school buses purchased through contracts with private providers; amends provision re method of fixing millage, to conform. Amends 1011.71, 200.065.
