Consumer Services/Repossession; expands definition of term "repossession" for purposes of regulation of repossession services; revises applicability of provisions governing private investigative, private security, & repossession services; revises grounds for discipline of persons or entities that are licensed as, or applicants for licensure as, recovery agency, recovery agent, & recovery agent intern under such provisions, etc. Amends 493.6101,.6102,.6110,.6118.
