Donated Firefighting Equipment; provides popular name of "Good Samaritan Volunteer Firefighters' Assistance Act"; provides that state agency or political subdivision is not liable for civil damages resulting from personal injuries, property damage, or death proximately caused by defective fire control or fire rescue equipment donated to volunteer fire department; provides certain exceptions to limitation on liability; provides applicability, etc. Creates 768.1315.
