Children's Visitation Programs; repeals provisions re Florida Family Visitation Network; provides legislative findings & intent re administering supervised visitation programs; provides for development of standards for supervised visitation & supervised exchange services; requires Clearinghouse on Supervised Visitation to develop training materials, etc. Repeals 753.001,.002,.004; creates 753.01-.10, 943.254; amends 943.135, 382.0255.
