Court Costs/Drug Court Programs; provides funding for drug court programs through assessment of additional mandatory court cost; provides for assessment to be imposed by ordinance against persons convicted of criminal violation, violation of municipal or county ordinance, or traffic violation resulting in payment of fine or penalty; provides for collection & deposit of assessment; provides for administration of funds. Creates 938.20.
