White Collar Crime/Medicaid Fraud; includes Medicaid provider fraud within definition of white collar crime; provides minimum mandatory term of imprisonment for committing aggravated white collar crime involving Medicaid provider fraud, or intent to defraud, & involving specified number of persons or state or political subdivision thereof; revises provisions re Criminal Punishment Code to conform; provides applicability, etc. Amends 775.0844, 921.0022.
