Fla. Sales Tax Relief Act; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S244,1566) specifies periods during which sale of clothing, wallets, bags, school supplies, & books shall be exempt from such tax; defines terms "clothing," "school supplies," & "books" for purposes of exemption; provides that exemption does not apply to sales within certain theme parks, entertainment complexes, public lodging establishments, or airports; provides for rules by Revenue Dept. APPROPRIATION: $400,000.
