Supreme Court/Judicial Conference; constitutional amendment to remove authority of Supreme Court to adopt rules of practice & procedure in all courts; to create judicial conference; to empower Legislature to adopt, amend, or reject rules proposed by judicial conference by general law; & to empower Legislature to amend or repeal rules of practice & procedure in all courts by general law. Amends s. 2, Art. V.
