Warranty Associations; prescribes conditions under which salesperson or sales representative of motor vehicle service agreement company, home warranty association, or service warranty association may rebate his or her commission; provides exemption from penalty provisions for certain service warranties; provides retroactive applicability, etc. Creates 634.1815,.3205,.4225; amends 634.271,.406.
