Fire Sprinklers/Condos/Cooperatives; revises notification & voting procedures re any vote to forego retrofitting of common areas of condominiums & cooperatives with fire sprinkler systems; provides for unit owners or shareholders to petition Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div. of DBPR to appoint election monitor to attend annual association meeting & conduct election of directors; provides for adoption of rules. Amends 718.112, 719.1055,.106.
