GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Aronberg ; Haridopolos

Human & Sex Trafficking; specifies elements of offense of unlawfully obtaining labor or services; specifies elements of offense of human trafficking; provides for offense of sex trafficking; provides that it is felony of first degree if sex trafficking involves person under age of 14 or results in death; expands definition of racketeering activity to include the offenses created herein, etc. Creates 787.05,.06, 796.035,.045; amends 895.02; reenacts FS.
