GENERAL BILL by Education ; Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Children's Summer Nutrition Act; provides short title; requires Food & Nutrition Management Office of DOE to develop plan for providing, in each school district, summer food programs that serve children who qualify for free or reduced-price lunches during school year; provides procedures for exemptions; provides requirements of department & of superintendent of schools; requires school districts to report to department annually.
