Caregivers/Disabled or Elderly Adult; provides legislative intent to foster caregiving as nonlicensed paraprofessional activity & to promote caregivers' use of best practices; creates Florida Caregiver Institute, Inc., an independent nonprofit corporation housed in Florida Policy Exchange Center on Aging at University of South Florida; provides for OPPAGA to conduct review of corporation by specified date & to report to Governor & Legislature, etc.
